Our dental office wouldn’t be what it is without our wonderful team! From the front desk to the treatment rooms, each member was hand-selected by Dr. Calderwood based on their training, experience, and sparkling personality. Shelby, Office Manager
Shelby graduated from MATC Dental Assisting school at the top of her class in 2014. She started at Park City Dentistry in 2015 before graduating high school as Dr. Calderwood's dental assistant. Shelby became our Office Manager in July of 2017. Shelby has a very good understanding of dentistry and is happy to help in any way possible. Her favorite part of being an Office Manager is spending time with patients and answering their questions in a way that makes sense for them. If you have any questions about dentistry, dental insurance, or procedural care, Shelby is the girl for you!
Shelby was born in Salt Lake City and raised in Kamas, UT. Shelby loves spending time with her family. She has a 3-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old dog that have fun keeping Shelby and her husband busy. Her family enjoys spending time outdoors, making improvements to their house, and running her daughter around to dance and tumbling classes.
Christie, Registered Dental Hygienist

Tayler, Receptionist
Tayler has been with us for 4 years and is a crucial part of our team. She verifies insurance plans and aids with tasks in reception. Tayler is excited to learn new things about our industry, meet our patients, and geek out on insurance information.
Tayler was born in Salt Lake City and has lived in different areas of Utah. She lives in Heber City with her husband Rilley, and her two daughters: Brooklyn and Haidyn.
Tayler recently had a heart transplant in December of 2023 and is making a full recovery! During her free time, you can find Tayler enjoying Razor rides and camping with her family.
Kristin, Dental Assistant
After working for the last 20 years for Retinal Specialists across the entire Wasatch Valley, from Logan to Provo, she is excited to continue her patient care in the field of dentistry alongside her husband Dr. Cody Calderwood. It has been fun to make the practice a family affair! She enjoys being a mom to 6 great kids that keep her extremely busy. She loves doing anything and everything outdoors with Cody. Her favorite activities are mountain and road biking, skiing, camping, hiking, and playing games with the family. Cody and Kristin love to travel together and are so glad they think they each have the best travel buddy!
Malarie, Dental Hygienist
Malarie was born and raised in Vernal, Utah. She attended dental hygiene school at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She has worked in dentistry for 5 years. She began as an assistant for her Dad, a Vernal dentist. She enjoys helping improve the oral health of her patients. In her free time, Malarie enjoys golfing with her husband, gardening, camping, vacationing, and spending time with family and friends. She, her husband, Devin, and new baby girl on the way live in Kamas, Utah.
Jacky, Receptionist
Jacky was born in Heber City and raised in Park City, UT. She is fluent in Spanish and loves helping the Hispanic community by teaching them the importance of good oral hygiene. When Jackcy is not working, she loves to cook and spend time with her fiance and their three dogs.
