Meet Dr. Cody Calderwood

Dr. Calderwood completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland. Because of his commitment to offering the best quality care possible, he continues to further his education every year by attending industry leading courses and workshops related to cosmetic dentistry, implant placement and restoration, and preventative dentistry. Dr. Cody Calderwood

Dr. Cody Calderwood was born and raised in Utah. After graduating from high school, he has lived in several different, exciting locations including Hermosillo, Mexico; Chicago, Illinois; Baltimore, Maryland; and Colorado Springs, Colorado. He received his Bachelor’s of Science from Brigham Young University, and then he continued his dental training at the University of Maryland where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Dr. Calderwood continues to further his education and stay current by attending continuing education courses regularly. He regularly attends seminars and workshops at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry.  He loves to be as current as possible with the latest research, equipment, and techniques in order to provide the best quality of care possible for his patients.  Dr. Calderwood is an active member of the American Dental Association and is recognized as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is active in the Utah Dental Association, formerly served as president of the Wasatch Back dental district, and is currently serving on the board of the Utah Dental Association..

He and his late wife Lisa have four children, Tucker, Aubrey, Cole, and Blake. Unfortunately Lisa passed away in early 2016 after a harrowing battle with brain cancer. Dr. Calderwood later met and married Kamille, another widow, who lost her husband to bone cancer. She and her three kids (Neiska, Gunner and Wyatt) have joined the family now.  Cody and Kamille have blended their families together and now have a fun party of nine! They love to be active outside camping, boating, hiking, snow skiing, and enjoying the amazing recreation that the Park City area has to offer.

RanDee Graham

RanDee Graham grew up in Wasatch County (Wallsburg) and has gained some tremendous insight from being a dental assistant in a few different offices.  She has a great knowledge of dentistry and does a fantastic job at keeping our front office running smoothly and properly.  She has great people skills and enjoys the atmosphere in our office.  Her friendly and relaxed personality will put even the most nervous patients at ease once they start to talk with her.  She loves living in the Park City area and is very active in the outdoors.  She can be found hiking, camping, snowboarding or playing with her dog Karl in the mountains of Utah in her spare time.

Christie Balch

Christie Balch, RDH is from Heber City, Utah. After graduating from Wasatch High School she earned an Associate of Science from Snow College. She then transferred to Weber State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing dental hygiene since 2003. Christie loves being a part of our dental team. Her favorite part of dentistry is meeting and getting to know her patients. She enjoys building professional relationships with both her coworkers and the patients that come into our office. It is very fulfilling for her to help her patients achieve and maintain oral health. In 2005 Christie was able to move back to the Heber Valley where she has settled with her family of 6. She and her husband have 4 children, 2 girls and 2 boys. They enjoy camping, boating, snowmobiling, and traveling (especially to Disneyland).

Lindsey Lafay

Lyndsey Lafay, RDH grew up in Heber City. After graduating from Wasatch High, she went to Mountainlands Applied Technology College for dental assisting. She was a dental assistant from 2007-2013 before attending hygiene school, where she graduated with her bachelors degree in dental hygiene from Utah College of Dental Hygiene. Lyndsey spends her spare time with her family in the great mountains of Utah; riding her mules, camping, and relaxing.


Dr. Calderwood is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
